My early access doesn’t show on my website account

I bought the lord of ogham pack and it gave me early access but it doesn’t reflect on my account I connect my xbox to the website account but that didn’t resolve the issue I need help or how do I fix it as I already spent money to get access

I am in the same boat . With the update .0.1.1 coming for loot filters on console. I have linked the appropriate filters but they do not show in game.
It also tells me on the website that I do not have early access. When it is clearly installed on my Xbox. It does show on the website in transactions that I have purchased early access. Last edited by Demonic5535#8599 on Jan 16, 2025, 6:01:57 AM

To clarify, the website early access page shows your eligibility for the PC version of the early access. If you've purchased early access for console via one of the console Early Access Packs, you'll be able to play early access on that console.

from everything iv read online if you buy a pack for early access on console you should be able to log into pc using the same email and password use for console since this has cross progression.
are you saying we have to buy a completely different pack to play it on pc also? |
