Report ID 4,262,876,252 - 3 Passive skill points went missing

I attempted to respec at Doryani, and while I had 3 passive skill points unallocated, I picked up a jewel that was slotted in a slot. When I picked that jewel up, the 3 unallocated passive skill points disappeared.

I then relogged. Upon relogging, my skill tree was back to how it had been before the jewel incident. I proceeded with respeccing how I planned. Upon confirming my changes, the final 3 points that I had allocated up to Chaos Innoculation disappeared.

I feel that these two events are related.

Edit: After watching the second video back, I noticed the changes were just reset on the left side. I assume it has something to due with me rerouting that path. Skill points are not missing, but the reversion can cause confusion, especially in this skill tree.
