Campaign quest state stuck? Can't progress to endgame.

I've leveled a new char and at the end of act 6 where Alva tells you to talk you Doryani, I have already talked to Doryani in town of act 6 beforehand. At the Ziggurat Refuge, I didn't get any dialogue from Doryani. The only quest I have left in act 6 is the trials of chaos.
Now, when trying to run maps, it tells me I cannot access endgame content until I have finished the campaign. My character seems to be in some bugged quest state position. I have tried re-running through the black chambers and kill Doryani a second time to maybe trigger the event where I wake up at the Ziggurat Refuge, where I would meet Alva where she tells me to talk to Doryani.... but nothing happened.

Please help. This hasn't happened to my first character.
