Ascendence lost? Cruel 2 Act

Hi, at lvl 65 I got a coin to do third trial for ascendance (Trial of Sekhemas). At the last boss I was one-shotted at the end, but my minions remain alive and kill him. The only option where to revive at the last checkpoint. No ascendance points were added and when I tried to open trial again, no coin available as well.
So what should I do? Is there any place I can get such coin again? Or it is final and I will not be able to fully ascend my which?
