Sorcery Ward Quality

Hello,

when pressing Alt, you see additional Effects on Sorcery Ward by adding Quality. I am unable to add it with GCPs and I am not aware of any possibility to add Quality onto Ascendancy Skills. Is this intended? Why does it show me Quality Effects if I cannot increase it? Just add the Quality Effect to the Baseline instead then. I assume it is the same for other skills. Kinda disappointing.

Not sure why it displays quality effects upon pressing alt but won't let you upgrade the quality. Would be nice to actually be able to upgrade this.

after 0.2. at this point, any possitives changes to sorcery ward is welcome, sorcery ward is too weak
