Ignagduk, the Bog Witch does not spawn

Ignagduk, the Bog Witch does not spawn. I have tried logging in and out - it resets the map instance but does not spawn the witch.

I've had this bug as well and leaving and coming back to the zone doesn't work. After lighting the 5 pillars the effigy in the middle started burning but nothing happened after that.

I found it. It spawns elsewhere on the map - just keep looking!
