Minions do not activate golden charms

I had managed to get a +2 charms belt and wanted to test if I i could activate all 3 charms at once, but when my minions killed a rare none of the 3 charms activated; now I wonder I have been missing out on golden charms the entire campaign, or if this is particularly related to the +2 charms belt

the bugreport number is 4,094,325,458

the incident occured during mapping

i could get two of the three to proc after using the well and ball lightnign, but then switched the order around and none of them procced on killing a rare with comet

will try to do more testing to see if this is related to the order of the charms or the killing blow
