POE2 Citadel boss quest bugged(The Pinnacle of Flame)

I killed the boss(Jamanra) in the Copper Citadel and i died right after as the boss casted a skill that one shotted me. Obviously i was unable to loot the drops but my quest for getting the crisis fragment was completed. I am unable to go to Copper Citadel again as it says i have already completed the map. So how am i going to get the crisis fragment from Copper Citadel which is 1 of the 3 fragments for the Pinnacle of Flame quest?

if the citadel failed you have to find another one, there are multiple. The problem is i already cleared hundreds of maps and didnt see citadel.

I cleared the stone citadel and no fragment dropped... so they might be more bugged than we think.
