Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum generating 10 trials instead of the listed 4

I went into the Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum and backed out when I saw what final boss I got. Later after leveling up a few more levels I'm going back to try again and instead of the 4 round ultimatum that it states on the object, it generates a 10 round ultimatum w/ worse challenges. Did I just level too high and now can't do the 4 round version? If so, that sucks for getting my 2nd ascendancy points.

It's still just 4 trials (including the boss), even though it says 10.

I dropped the Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum that I had on the ground and farmed another one from the Chimera boss. Does the same thing -- 10 round Ultimatum is generated while saying it only has 4 trials. I guess my char is bricked for 2nd ascendancy points for a while.
