Faridun Plaguebringer Corpse Explosion Spam
this is insane to deal with as a melee, please add some time for us to escape or a cooldown to that skill, with most maps being narrow corridors, I gamble my life to RNG everytime I lock myself into an animatiom of stampede or leap slam and some guy 2 screens away that I can't even see starts to spam corpse explosions. Also they are almost in every map.

Once you realize they exist, though, you can just leap to them first, or draw stuff back as you finish it so you're not standing on a corpse. You got this mate, but yeah i know how you feel~ |

Faridun Plaguebearer corpse explosions are the bane of my existance. The explosion is either instant or the warnings are invisible. Wwhen you see how much damage detonating corpses do, this is really obnoxious. Those need to be telegraphed if they are to stay in the game as is.

So.. the past hours im stagnating on lvl 90 (i know whatever at this point) BUT
6/6 deaths from plaguebringer mobs pretty much one shotting from offscreen on t15/t16 maps is a joke I can play around things i can see, probably it is the same for everyone else, unless you are running on a 3-5 mirror budget range build with 10k+ energy shield or mind over matter 10k+ mana build if i am either blind and/or slow thats my fault, i can live with that.. But cmon.. this degen mob must be a mistake Either remove this ability from generic white mobs completly, give them meteors or anything else Make it boss and/or rare exclusive modifier Or simply reduce the cast range from 2x screen distance to half screen distance, so you at least given a little bit of chance to spot the impending doom coming for you Another alternative would be to reduce their cast frequency (cd ? increase their 0.1 cast speed to 0.8? whatever works) so its not a gattling gun explosion under your feet Also it is worth taking into consideration that sometimes these awful mobs spawn in batches of 4-6 It is especially cancer if you are playing melee, or the layout is pretty much constructed from corridors (or something similar) where you have no option to "go around" - a good copper citadel for example At this point unfortunately this mob type only exists to make you suffer and to tilt the living s**t out of you Last edited by fcklife1992#0183 on Dec 22, 2024, 11:53:31 AM
