my crossbow doesn't shoot anymore

Out of nowhere my crossbow no longer shoots projectiles, only grenades, it's not a lack of skill or strength, nor configuration, after all, by creating another character I was able to shoot normally, in addition to equipping a beginner crossbow I still can't shoot projectil
