Stormweaver Arcane Surge - Turned off changing acts

Hello!

After accidentally right-clicking the Arcane Surge icon (from Stormweaver ascendancy) the aura/buff turned off. The circling blue effect was gone and mana regen was cut in half. I left the map to the refuge, but the aura was still gone. Logging in and out did not restore it, nor did refunding the passive notes. Since it was not a skill, I could not manually reactivate it in the gem menu either.

After traveling back to Act 2 combat zone, i found the buff had returned and was working.
