Graphics card not recognized.

How do I resolve the situation where only the built-in GPU is shown and the graphics card is not recognized?

Windows 11 Pro
CPU:Intel Core i7-12700
Graphics Card:NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
Memory:DDR5-4800 16G×2
Motherboard:ASUS ROG STRIX B660-F GAMING WIFI

Driver updated to Ver.566.36 -> not recognized.

Optimized PoE2 with GeForce Experience -> Not recognized.

Disable iGPU from Device Manager -> Loading speed to get to menu screen is even worse.
Not recognized.

I tried the above methods to no avail.
This is the only game I've ever bought on Steam that had these symptoms.

I was able to recognize the graphics card using the following method based on the Reddit thread.

1.Go to System>Display>Graphics in Windows.
2. Look for “PathOfExileSteam.exe” in the list.
(If not there, use “Add App” and specify it from Steam's “Local File Browsing” to add it.)
3. Open the options and select “High Performance GPU: <your GPU>”.
