Drowned crawlers seems to ignore evasion rating and deal too much damage
Every time I meet these crawlers I notice these problems:
1. Leap attacks never miss. I have 82% evasion rating but they always hit me. At first I thought I was unlucky, but later I started to test these mobs when meeting only 1 of them and they always hit me unless I roll away. Also noticed same problem with other small leaping monsters. 2. 3 of these monsters when leaping all at once kill me even on low tier maps. I have 1500+ hp and 82% evasion and this does not seem to be adequate behavior. I noticed same thing with some other small leaping monsters, so it might be a global problem with leaps. And it seems like they are literally impossible to touch when they are pinned |

I'm new to POE, but from what I can tell Drowned Crawlers have very high accuracy which negates evasion.
My character (Ice Strike Monk) has 89% evasion, 1% armor, and almost 4k energy shield. Playing on a map that I don't find challenging I ran into a pack of them, and they annihilated me. I think that mob is designed to give low armor characters problems, and it probably working as intended. |

Yea these drowned crawlers are Poe in nutshell. White normal enemy that just obliterates you in one hit. Makes no sense whatsoever but that’s ggg logic.

Drowned Crawlers are still the most powerful mob in the game. I've been running into packs of them mapping here recently, I guess they are common in the biome I am in, and I am scared for my life when I see them. They are the only mob that strike fear as soon as I spot them. I am playing a huntress with 35% armor and 77% evasion.
