Golden Tomb in the Lost City No Drop

I was mapping the Lost City in Act 2 and ran through the Golden Tomb location. Tomb was already opened visually and nothing drops. I have tried respawning at checkpoint and redoing the zone. No luck on whatever items were supposed to be here.

I had this issue as well. This seems to be related to spirit, at least in cruel difficulty. As a monk I already had 100 spirit, so the same issue happened where the tomb was opened but not registered as complete. To fix this I lowered my spirit to 80-ish and reloaded the zone and went in and was able to open the tomb.

In cruel difficulty drop your max spirit below 100, reload the zone and it should work.
