Chronomancer feedback

I've played a few characters to lategame and Chrono is probably my favorite thematically, but some things feel missing. Sure bloodmage needs love the most but other ascendancies need love too.

-Apex of the moment still broken
I can't understand this one. Turn the light switch from off to on

-Time freeze doesn't extend any sort of debuffs on the target
It feels like it should stop the timer for curses, ailment etc. I know it doesn't say it will on the tooltip, but it's intuitive that if it locks an enemy in time, they would still be frozen or bleeding when they came out of it.

-Recoup duration node is cool and build defining, the one before it is not.
Recoup as it stands is best used splitting damage between mana and life, so maybe make the first node do a 15% of damage recouped as life and 15% recouped as mana or something. The 30% life is okay but could be more flavorful

-Cast speed rotating multiplier is outright bad
Stormweaver gets this node but better and more consistent. Maybe because chrono is based on time we can get a dot node here. Maybe we get to apply 2 of any damage over time effect at 35% less effectiveness, or we take a page from poe 1 elementalist and get more duration vs normal mobs, but damage over time applies faster against rares and uniques

-Not chrono specific, but the supports that give skills cooldowns do not do enough on the upside
Honestly the difference between a 10 second cooldown and a 30 second one is negligible in a game like this, so you might as well give 300% more damage for +30s cooldown to hourglass. A cooldown spell is only going to be used on a boss or rare anyway, so why not allow us to make giant hits rather than giving a support barely any more damage than another for a HUGE downside?

Overall Temporal rift is great (much better than in poe1) and a lot of the high cooldown skills aren't in yet, but a few tweaks would really make the class feel a lot better

Totally agree on those points.

In addition I feel like the nodes that make the buffs expire slower should have a bigger magnitude as there are no other sources that extend buffs from external sources. Currently the only useful buffs we get are Arcane Surge and Quicksand Hourglass which barely get an extension and I would assume that with the slower buff expiration, the increased cast speed should have only ~33% downtime.

Also with the current set up for sorcerer, where you want to stack mana and late game go for MoM, the Circular Heartbeat (Life recoup) feels like a wasted point.

It would also be cool to have some kind of time bomb ability, where you either cast it on yourself and/or enemies where it deals damage based on it's duration/cd.

I would have expected chronomancer to look at least like the last boss of the trial.
