Incineration's exposure not being applied when Infernal Hould has Fire Exposure and Strip Away

If you have an infernalist with an Infernal Hound equipped with a Fire Exposure and Strip Away support gems, using Incineration on an enemy will not apply Incineration's Fire Exposure.

I also have the Cremation passive to increase Fire Exposure values, so that may also be influencing this interaction,

Expected Result: Either both Exposure values should be applied or the highest exposure value should be applied.

Current Result: Only the lowest exposure value from the Infernal Hound of 26% Fire Exposure is being applied and Incineration's Exposure value that is higher isn't being applied at all.

Added: It is weirder. Some times it does, some times the Infernal Hound won't apply their exposure, sometimes both are applied and seems like some times the Infernal Hound won't apply their exposure even when Incineration is not being used at all.
I've noticed similar, but I do realize that the hound's exposure is only applied when its ignite actually applies - as sometimes the enemies won't be ignited, the exposure does not apply.

However, when the exposure does apply, it seems to override the buff Strip Away gives Incineration.

Normally, Incineration with Strip Away gets up to 65% Fire Exposure. When the hound's exposure (20%) is applied, the Incineration Fire Exposure will cap at 50%, no matter what.

On enemies where the hound's debuff is not applied first, the debuff can still stack up to 65%.

Yeah, the interaction is really weird.
I'm still using it since it still has SOME value to my build but it is very inconsistent.
Definitely has some big buggy interaction between them here as the result varies a LOT.
A scenario I have recreated is below.

1) Hound applies ignite, exposure + strip away = 26%

Cremation does not increase this. Likely do to the "you"

2) Use incinerate, eventually the exposure will take over as it surpassed 26%.

3) Stop using incinerate. After a few seconds the exposure will drop from the enemy.

4) The exposure from Hound never reapplies. The enemy is clearly still ignited.

I think this is due to Fire Exposure saying "on" igniting an enemy. I think behind the scenes the hound never stops igniting the enemy but only the strongest ignite is active. So the hound never "re"-ignites to trigger Fire Exposure.
What I DO think is a bug is Overexposure node does not apply to Fire Exposure applied by infernal hound or minions with infernal legion. I would expect these to work as it does not specify "you".
