Svalinn "you have no empty sockets" bug

bug with Svalinn unique: When I try to socket a level 7 vulnerability gem in to the socket give a "you have no Empty Sockets" message

Expected behavior: able to socket into spot, and use gem.

Tested this with a friend, who is playing blood mage, and they were able to socket the gem with no issues.

Not a bug didnt have enough intelligence.

So the bug is the warning didnt tell me the correct thing
