Atlas Boss Tree - Unable to Get Remaining Points

Hello, I died after killing a t15 boss about five days ago and saw the atlas book on the ground, of course unable to pick it up. I believed that, similar to campaign, I had to simply attempt it again and the book would drop again. However, I have killed over 100 atlas bosses across every difficulty (79, 80, 81, 82). And I still have not gotten the last 2 points. I attempted again this morning even double checking and attempting each boss multiple times.

Please can you check the code and ensure this is working as intended?
