Can't open portals to enter the Shrine Hideout map to conquer the hideout

Hi, I got this bug since yesterday.
I have a map on my atlas to conquer an Hideout, the Shrine Hideout, but there's no way to open the portals to get in and conquer the map.
I tried with waystones of different tiers.
I tried to relog many times.
I tried to change my hideout from the Dreadnought to the Felled one that I conquered w/o any issue yesterday.
I conquered every map around this one, but nothing changed.
I even tried to open portals to it from the Act 3 Cruel "The Ziggurat Refuge (Past)" map device.
There's no way to get in this "Shrine Hideout" map.
It keeps saying "Activation Failed. Unable to open Portals to area." every time i try to open it. OFC I can open other maps w/o any issue, w/ any waystone tiers, just this one is bugged to me, ofc the one with the pretty hideout to conquer...

Someone knows a way to fix this, pls?

Today I had the same issue. Doing T3 progress, put a waystone on "shrine hideout" and saying "Activation failed. Unable to open portals to area."
