Energy Shield permanently gone after trial.

Ever since I did trial to ascend, I no longer have energy shield even with items equipped that give me energy shield.

I selected the option in the trial for "no energy shield." I assumed it would only apply in the trial. Had I known it was permanent I never would have chosen it. I assume this is a bug, but it's a pretty nasty one.

well mine was actually a different bug. I had no energy because of eldritch battery in passive tree.

My helm was still giving me energy shield which is a different bug. Taking the helm off dropped me to zero.
