Ketzuli, High Priest of the Sun - Quest Bugged

Somebody helped me kill Ketzuli, High Priest of the Sun and then they talked to Alva and it raised the platform in the middle of the room when I wasn't on it. I can't move into that space or interact with Alva. So if I go to camp, it says travel to Temple of Kopec. If I'm inside Temple of Kopec, it says talk to Alva. I can't talk to Alva in camp for the quest progression. She's just a vendor there. So I'm stuck on this loop of going back and forth and can't reach her. I'm hoping that it will reset the instance after the timer expires and allow me to kill Ketzuli again.

have you tried resetting the instance yourself?

I can't even figure out how to reset the instance in this game. I looked it up and it said to press CTRL and then LMB or RMB, but I did what it said and there was no interaction. It's possible that when I was checking, the instance map wasn't on a timer, but I'd have to see it work once to understand how/when it works, etc.

I'm totally new to this game. I never played PoE before.
