No door in Jiquani's Machinarium

I've kill the boss prior to the Machinarium (the big bird, forgot the name).
Enter the zone, got the waypoint.
Got back to the entrance, to complete the Chimeral zone.
No door/portail to get back in Chimeral Wetlands.
