Concentrated Effect isn't working with Poisonous Concoction

Poisonous Concoction doesn't receive the increased damage, or the reduced AoE from the Concentrated Effect support.

Just going to bump this one instead of making my own report but i'm fairly comfortable with GGG's terminology for skills and really think this is a bug.

I don't know if it is similarly bugged on the other concoctions either I will report back If I end up trying the others just for clarity.

Same bug with explosive concoction. Quit sad since it's a recommended support gem...
