PoE 2 Game breaking bug - Can't get in the Buried Shrines - Game kicks me out everytime

No matter how I try:

Fast travel to waypoint or walking to the door...

If I try to get in the Buried Shrines the game kicks me out.

So since I need the Essence of Water to complete the Act 2 quest my character can't progress anymore.

I just can't play this character anymore.

Scratch that I also can't travel anywhere with the Caravan.

Character is bricked I guess.
