poe 2 character stuck temple of chaos HELP

I was doing temple of chaos, when starting a new temple of chaos I disconnected and my character no longer connects, only this character does not connect in the game.

what happened?could u connect?im having the same problem.

I fixed it by making the window in FUllSCreen rather than windowed. It should fix it.
