Account cosmetics missing from cosmetic screen

all of my new supporter pack cosmetics are gone after 0.1.0e patch. It has kept the armor cosmetic I had applied before patch but missing all the other cosmetics I owned. I had portal skins applied but it removed those and doesn't have a portal option on the cosmetics screen. It also took away my personal dreadnaught hideout even though I was able to get to it earlier today.

Okay the problem resolved itself when I closed my steam entirely and restarted poe 2

have somewhat related issue, preorder cosmetics are not available at all as in not visible. I can see cosmetics from poe1 that are not avaialalbe which is fine as I let to believe tranision is in progress and will come in time but preorder bonusees not there at all regardless of the patch.

oh just to add i got the coins and premium tabs from poe 1 so im a bit confused here, also its PC Steam
