Feedback about nerf

I would like to talk about Vine arrow. A build needs 1000 ex to start, and cause divine orb price increased from 6ex to 50ex. Damage scale with gem level which is classic dot build in POE1 and I'd say its the only dot build in poe2.

0.1.0E nerf its damage by 98% less damage. bring a 2million dps to 4-5k dps.

It is like how all Cast on "condition" builds nerf. It completely remove the build.

I am not about to cry for the spending, I have decent currency right now. BUT making a build removed is not how we should nerf a build. Especially, this build is a "regular" build which gem level scaling. It is not like some buggy build perform the way it should not. For example, if its too much damage ( which it really isn't, there are lots of power house right now) we can nerf damage by 50%? 70%? So build still works.
