I understand the vine arrow dot nerf, but buff the secondary part of it

Sure the the dot might have been too high at end game, but poison bow specs were already struggling unless abusing the dot part of that gem. If you actually want poison bow to be a thing you should have buffed the secondary part of the gem and not just nerf the first part.

Legit bow-poison specs are faaaaaaar behind on damage(note- the ones not abusing what you nerfed) and we are insanely squishy. If you want us to use this skill as intended it needs changes.
