Kabala Clan Relic - THREE relics were dropped

I had the same thing happening, the clan relic dropped twice.
I assume it happened because i killed 2 enemies at the same time with hexblast. Once I picked up one relic, the other one disappeared from the ground. bug report reference number was 1.679.773.769 |

The same thing happend for me aswell just a minute ago. The check if the relic can still drop should check if the relic is currently on the ground aswell. I suspect it is currently only checking if the relic is already in the shrine or still in the characters inventory.
