Unconfirmed Passive Skill Changes Issue

Playing on the Witch Infernalist
Seem that you are not allowed to save gold when changing around your passive skills.

If you refund points to connect a branch through a different path then replace those points you used to make the new branch connection with the points from the branch you removed and try to save, the skill tree bugs out and won't let you "Apply Points".

If you close the Passive skill tree window and reopen it, it still shows the change you tried to make.

Refunded more skill points and applied them else where, Change was "accept" and shown when opening back up the Passive Tree but I still have the points i refunded and can add them to the passive tree almost like i duplicated my skill points.
but also when looking at my char stats none of the changes to the passive skill tree are being applied to my char, like nothing is actually changing.

I noticed it will revert back once you level.

Would be nice if you let us break paths in the skill tree to form new connections without having to remove points to do so.
