We really need a clarification for poe2 or both, as many are stating it doesnt break TOS to new players, this is the time to have an official record of allowing or not allowing it before it becomes a true wild west grey area and creates a "cant ban us all" mentality.

This tool has been alive for years now and widely used by many players. It also doesn't break TOS. If it was, it would have been clearly stated.
It's also largely used by many content creator, so if GGG decide to disallow its use, those content creator will help spreading the notice before any banwave. " just because its widely used doesn't make it right, and just because its not clearly stated doesn't make it safe. Otherwise after all this time and question posts they would of responded that it was "fine" but they haven't and have BANNED for it in the past year. |

" What kind of statement are you asking for? GGG is never going to say a specific tool is ok, that just leaves too much room for abuse/arguement. There are multiple forum post or replies from GGG staff clarifying what actions/effects are acceptable use. “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”

its very simple yes its not against tos to use awakened trade or it is against tos, nothing open about it, and would apply to this specific 3rd party automated trade website access tool
