Cold Snap should work on Frost Wall

I'm disappointed with Frost Wall. It barely works, does no damage, monsters tend to ignore it, the "explosion" is tiny, and cold spells don't interact with it. Also enemies can still shoot projectiles through it if they are close enough...

I first tried using Cold Snap on Frost Wall because that seems like an obvious interaction, but was surprised to find that it didn't do anything. Cold Snap is a fun spell but it suffers from only being usable in most situations. This would help both spells be useful.

+1 to this idea! This should include all ice crystals, like Frozen Locus for Monk.
