Temple op Chaos

I did a temple of Chaos run as a warrior cruel difficulty level 62 7 trials.
I was at the final boss and he was almost dead like 1/2 hits away from good loot for my warrior. the game froze and i had a error game closed and when i restarted it everything was gone. i only have the loot left from what i scraped of the ground from the dungeon. this sucks very hard i struggle with my gear and i had a good item waiting for me. don't know what to do so i made a message here.

hope someone can help me out i don't need my loot back i just want a key for temple of chaos so i can try again.
