Titan Inventory Expansion has 100% Blind Chance against The Hooded One

Essentially, The Hooded One cannot identify items inside the backpack. I don't see a reason why he shouldn't be able to.

It's likely for the purposes of databases, not counted as your inventory when the call is made to him to "identify all inventory items"
