Trial of Chaos bug "Cannot rejoin area after dying"

Hi,
I was doing my first Trial of Chaos, and I got to the second point and I cleared all the monsters etc, but it wouldn't let me move forward and I ended up dying to a "impending doom" which was on the other side of the map and it one shot me.

After that I am not able to rejoin that trial, after returning to town and going back again.

I will try and relog to and see if that works, but the first bug was really annoying.
