Network spikes/server change bugged

I've been experiencing network spikes everyday from 5-8pm pst, but that's understandable due to everyone hopping on to play.

Today has been unplayable and changing servers is bugged.
No matter what server I switch to at the login screen it will take me back to California(US) Realm.
I have great internet that's working for everything else, but poe2.
8-10ms spikes to hundreds and thousands.

If anyone has any kind of solution that might help please reply below.
