weapon swap spirit bug POE2

Hi,
I put a shield with spirit on weapon swap 2 in hopes of supporting blasphamy on the swap but it doesn't work with slot 2 (i cant allocate it and it just wont work even though it shows i have spirit). vice versa if i put the shield on weapon swap 1 blasphamy remains on even if i swap to 2 with a staff.

since i respeced my tree before hand now i need to respec the weapon trees to opposite sets (maybe also adding that as a feature would be nice since it will be double the gold cost now)

i think this also what triggered my spirit bug.. the weapon swap. i also cant fix it and cant use any aura.
