Storm Wave Attack Speed can be increased beyond intended by spam clicking.

Storm Wave with 2.19 aps. When holding the button, assumed intended interaction is for the attack to trigger 2.19 times per second. Assuming this is true, by spam clicking the bound Storm Wave button, was able to attack faster than by holding the button. Obviously this is not only a balance issue but also an accessibility issue, though I wasn't able to attack exactly at the click frequency, only faster than by holding the attack.

Still seems to be an issue, along with Crossbow users being able to bypass the movement speed penalty by spam clicking in the same way.

Feels bad to not use it. Feels painful to use it. Get banned if you use a rapidfire macro. Yikes.
