Trial of the Sekhemas Bug

Hi, I'm a new player in POE and unsure if what I experienced is a bug or an intended feature.

I was progressing through a Trial of the Sekhema run and managed to get quite far. However, in the final room before the boss, the shrine reward was supposed to grant me a large amount of honor along with a random affliction. Unfortunately, the affliction I received completely removed my energy shield, which is crucial to my build.

The moment I clicked the shrine, I lost all my energy shield and, as a result, instantly failed the trial by losing all my honor.

I had brought this up on a previous thread I posted.

I had a glowing orb boon which restores life, es and 50% honour when you get to 20% life and it didn't trigger for me.

The ascendancy trials are terrible

I had the same problem.

Same thing happened to me. Pretty awful bug!

+1 to this motivation killing bug.
