Cutting gems from stash: put the created gem on your cursor

When cutting gems from uncuts inside your stash, put the resulting gem on your cursor, not hidden away in the stash. Similar to how clicking the King in the Mists skull quest reward puts your 1st Spirit uncut on your cursor.


Edit: I notice that cutting from stash does have some good(well, intelligent) behavior, namely if you cut a gem from the Recommendeds for a skill, it will directly socket the Support. Keep this, but also default to the above secondarily.
