Poe 2 thin ice passive do not work? Support gem Supercritical?

So passive give
20% increased freeze build up
50% increased Damage with hits again frozen enemies.
Tool tip in skills of course do not show any change of dmg, but i tried it on white monster and i do not see any difference. I mean it is 50% it should be visible but i do not see it. So it do not work or is it for melee? Or mb i do something wrong please test it.
I was using skill ice nova.(Comet on bosses also do not show any difference in dmg)



Support gem Supercritical give 100% increase critical damage and 20% less critical chance. Tool tip show that my crit multy go from 250 to 350 but the number on tool tip show 1k dmg increase. From 18k to 19k.
I am playing blood mage so my crit chance is high.
With Supercritical gem it show 57% crit chnace.(from 71%)
Is gem work correct or i am missing something?

bump on this, I cant tell any difference in dmg against regular and frozen enemies as well
