3rd Ascension - Unable to click on altar

After completing a level 65, 3 trail Djinn Baryon, I was unable to click on the altar to receive my 5th and 6th ascension points. Done this now 3 times without being able to get the ascension points. Did 3 trials of lvl 60 to 65 Djinn Baryons.
