chain from terrain... so ground counts? or not?

just as tittle says... does ground count as terrain...

Don't know about other skills, but I tested Poison Conc and it doesn't "chain" from the ground. So I guess ground doesn't count as terrain or it might be Pconc specific.

would be great if ggg staff could answer this 1 :)
atleast with molten strike skill it some times seems that shrapnel "come back" but no idea if that just me or not... |
