Full inventory - lost 2 Atlas skill points!!

I finished level 3 maps and I had a full inventory when I spoke to "D" - I couldn't accept the book of skill points and had him identify my stuff
I sold things, forgot about that skill book - logged out and back in and I'm missing these 2 points in my tree and none of his speech options replays the completion of the last quest...


Edit: I completed another map and now an option to claim the reward is on the right side!
