Passive point lost upon refund

Hello, i was refunding a passive skill tree point at The Hooded One on my Titan and upon accepting it took the point away and it did not give me a point to reallocate. I am now a passive point short on my tree for being my level and having completed all the quests that give weapon passives.

+1 to this

I lost 2 passive points when refunding. The first time I allocated them (attack speed and dexterity x 3) and when I saved, it showed the two points on the inner side (closer to Falcons Technique), but not the outer one (closer to the +5 attribute node). So, these points were orphaned from my tree, which is clearly a broken state. I went back in to fix it and I could not refund the two orphaned nodes, so I refunded the attribute node successfully, but it didn't calculate that the two orphaned nodes had been refunded.

Now I'm short 2 passive points. Please help!!
Ignore my previous post, there was some weird reversion in my tree and I found where the other two points were (I had previously refunded these, but somehow they were restored).
Lost 14 points total '-'
Hello

I think there is some bug on refunding passive points when you have some unused passive points.

I got lvl and 1 passive point. I went to refund passive points before i allocated this just rewarded passive point.

So before refunding I have 1 passive point. In passive tree I had on active Deadly force and next to it Critical Chance. I wanted to change so that I have Deadly Force and next to it Damage on Critical. That means that i have to refund first Deadly force, Critical Change and then Activate Damage On Critical and after that Deadly force. This maneuver takes out 2 point and puts back 2.

But when I accepted that refund I lost 3 points, so same time mine unused passive point was consumed aswell :D.

After this I again refunded those 2 (Deadly Force & Damage on Critical) and got back 3 passive points :D.

But if you do a lot of changes and you have some unused passive points you might not see if some nodes "eats" some unused passive points :D.
