[Act 3 - Cruel] - Venom Crypt doesnt drop the upgrade...

Is it a bug? It says to explore the area and I revealed the whole map and there's only 1 waypoint event.

Same problem here, corpse doesnt drop vial
I've got same bug with Ignagduk, but previously I did this boss, spirit was added, but still shows active on map. |
