Atlas node is not accessiable

I have this node on the atlas which I cannot access. It is next to a completed map and yet I cannot choose to run this map - clicking on it does nothing and it doesn't show up as accessible node. I'd really like to go this way because there's a burning monolith there on the left and I already tried other ways all of which leads to dead end.
Is there something I can do?
