Trial of Chaos - Enemy Spawned on Exit Elevator

When I was doing the Trial of Chaos, in a round where I had to kill all of the enemies, one of the mobs spawns on the exit elevator. I was playing a ranger, so I was able to shoot it off of there, but if I had been playing a pure melee build, it would have been impossible to complete the trial.

Same here, I was able to kill it as I'm a sorc but as a warrior someone would have to abandon their trial. And another bug that happened to me more than twice is having to get Soul Cores but no soul core dropped, played with switches and killed all mobs, nothing. A lot of mobs were stucks in walls so they were unkillable.
