Boss missing in Oasis

Ran oasis Tier1 waystone, cleared the map, scanned it for mobs multiple times. Can't find anything alive but says 4 monsters remain. The room where (I assume) the boss should be is completely empty (and always was, didn't kill anything in there).

The waystone had both ritual and expedition. Seems to me there is now way to complete the map
